State-of-the-art Manufacturing Infrastructure

Sparsha Pharma International is equipped with state-of-the-art, purpose-built manufacturing systems with cutting-edge Japanese technology, ensuring precision, reliability, and superior product performance. Our infrastructure supports the production of a wide range of transdermal delivery systems, offering scalability and flexibility to meet dynamic global market demands. The facility encompasses over 40,000 square feet of GMP-compliant production space, thoughtfully designed with provisions for future expansion. Of this, 14,000 square feet is dedicated to active production, featuring sophisticated machinery for the development of matrix transdermal patch technologies.

Integrated into our operations is a 3,000 square foot Quality Control (QC) laboratory, equipped with state-of-the-art analytical instruments and systems capable of performing rigorous testing on both pharmaceutical raw materials and finished transdermal products. Our QC protocols align with national (I.P.) and international pharmacopeial standards, ensuring each product meets stringent quality, safety, and efficacy criteria.

Currently, the facility boasts a robust manufacturing capacity, capable of producing 10 to 15 million transdermal patches per shift. This high-throughput capability, combined with our technological expertise and quality-driven approach, makes Sparsha Pharma a trusted partner for commercial manufacturing, product lifecycle management, and international supply chain integration.
